If I’ve learned anything working at both a college paper and Arkansas’ paper of record, it’s that you have to meet people where they are. As much as we’d like them to pick up print copies or go straight to our websites, readers and potential are on social media a lot more than they’re on specific news sites. Engaging, informative and visually interesting Instagram posts are great for building a brand, and even for driving consumers back to the site.
